If u use any kind of eyelener, your eyes will look much much smaller. Use shimmery brown eyeshadow and mascara on your upper AND lower lashes. If you do this, your eyes will look really blue and much bigger. Take it from me, I have Blue eyes, too. I do that trick and my eyes look bluer than ever.
