Is it illegal to keep kids out of school?
I know someone who has kept her kids out of school for years. They are 16 and 18 and have the education and mentality of 11 year olds. She does not home school them nor has she had them in school for many years. I want to know if this is legal or not. I want to report her to someone but have not been able to find out if what she is doing is wrong.
