Is the any kind of way Jack Roush could have put those spacers under the Toyota cars gas pedal?
Do they take the cars straight to the impound area? Can someone explain if immediately after the race do they have an official watching the impounded cars (meant for dyno testing) so that nobody can tamper with it (like Jack Roush maybe)?
I suppose that it is possible but I think they have already identified the guilty parties in the suspensions that were handed down.
